Shawntell Taylor, MAHR, founded Midwest Advantage Holdings in 2000; she currently serves as the Principal Consultant, helping minority- and women-owned businesses with their bookkeeping, business/tax planning, and insurance needs.  From 2021 - 2024, she also served as a Business Consultant for Legacy Redevelopment Corporation (LRC), where she provided technical business assistance to Milwaukee’s underserved small business and nonprofit loan recipients.

She also serves as CEO of Chayil Inc., a Wisconsin-based nonprofit focused on nurturing women’s entrepreneurial spirits and equipping them with the tools for financial and career success.  Taylor creates training programs and workshops on financial literacy, professional development, and workplace soft skills for women.  She also coaches women-owned business leaders scaling their operations, helping them build a solid foundation and internal systems for sustainable growth.
